SHAPE UP NYC - Exercise Program



Please join us each week for Shape Up NYC. 


Classes are on:



6:30pm - 7:30pm

Cardio Dance Fitness Class An exciting workout that uses easy to follow dance steps to increase cardio fitness and mobility and to tone the body. You are encouraged to bring light weights, water and a towel for this fun workout.


6:45pm - 7:45pm

Low Impact Cardio Class This class will give a full body workout, that's friendly on your joints as well as heart pumping, while reducing the risk of injuries. It's for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students.


9:00am - 10:00am

Yoga Fitness Class Feel yourself get leaner and stronger while increasing awareness. Yoga consists of a series of poses that strengthens the core and increases flexibility.


10:00am - 11:00am

Dance Fitness Class A moderate heart pumping workout to help burn calories and improve heart health. All levels welcome. Please bring a water bottle

Shape Up NYC

Show Up and Shape Up!

Shape Up NYC is a free, drop-in fitness program with locations across the five boroughs. There is no class registration, simply show up to take fitness classes like aerobics, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and much more. Our fitness instructors know how to make fitness fun!

Shape Up NYC is a free program. You do not need to be a member in order to attend a class.
